What We Offer

Central Kentucky Race Management is a locally owned and operated charity-focused timing company based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Our many years of timing, managing, and, more importantly, participating in events gives us the insight to make your race a safe and successful event. From 1-mile road races to 100-mile trail events, we can handle it all and do it with high energy and a fun attitude. We use an advanced RFID chip timing system that offers many features not available with other products on the market to provide accurate results. Our timing teams are Race Day Certified Timers. Our timing package includes instant online results and a paperless check-in process to encourage a fast and efficient packet pickup. We pride ourselves in providing race directors with many value-added features, such as:

Inflatable Start/Finish Line Arch
Crowd Barricades for a safe Start/Finish Operations area
Minimum of a three-member crew on-site race day
Online registration setup
Volunteer tracking system, if needed
Packet Pickup Assistance - (We encourage a dynamic bib assignment process.)
Race Day Results are posted online throughout the race
Individual Runner Results are posted to a video monitor at the finish line.
Award Winner reports available for the awards ceremony
Mile Markers and Directional Signs are available upon request.
State of the Art Audio Sound System for race day announcements
Announcer for the event, if needed
Radio Transmitter to extend the range of entertainment area for the runners and volunteers.

Race Timing

We use an advanced RFID chip timing system that offers many features not available with other systems on the market. Our timing package also includes a results kiosk where runners can print up their results in sticker form right after they cross the finish line.

Race Entertainment

Our goal is to add energy and fun before during and after your event with great music and a great DJ with an energetic delivery. Our entertainment package includes speakers, wireless microphones, and an announcer (if needed).

Race Logo Design

Let us help you design an awesome logo to be used in marketing for your event. Our design team focuses on all aspects of the logo design from what it looks like on a shirt to how it makes a finisher's medal or buckle pop with coolness. Your logo is the first and last impression your runner's see.

Race Swag

Runners & Cyclists love race swag. We can order & even help design your race t-shirt or any other item you would like. We are not loyal to any t-shirt or merchandise company. Our goal is the highest quality product at the lowest price. Our suppliers know that and bring us their best deal from the beginning.

Custom bibs can really help make your race stand out and are very cost-effective if done right. Let us help design and order your one-of-a-kind race bib for your event that will mean something to your runners well after they have crossed the finish line.

Race Awards & Medals

From generic to fully custom we can help you design and order finisher medals or age group awards & trophies that will help you event stand out in the crowd.
